Every calculation, every word you type, every emotion you select — all of it runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is ever sent to a server.

    No user accounts or sign-ups. You don't need to give us your email, name, or any personal information to use this tool.

    No data collection or analytics tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any third-party trackers on this page.

    No data storage on servers. There are no databases storing your conversations, emotions, or conflict details anywhere.
  • ✗
    No cookies for advertising or tracking. The only cookies we might use are strictly functional (e.g., your theme preference stored locally).

    No AI processing of your data. This tool doesn't send your inputs to OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or any external AI service.

    No selling or sharing data. Because we don't collect it, there's nothing to sell or share with anyone.

    Process everything in your browser. All logic runs client-side using JavaScript. Your data never leaves your device.

    Use optional localStorage only. If we save anything at all, it's a minor preference setting (like dark mode) stored locally in your browser.

    Provide transparent source code. You can view the full JavaScript source code in your browser's developer tools to verify our claims.

    Respect your right to privacy. We believe relationship tools should be as private as the conversations they help improve.

💻 How It Works (Technical)

Couple Peacemaker is a static website. This means:

  1. You visit the page → HTML/CSS/JS files download to your browser
  2. You interact with the tool → JavaScript processes your inputs locally
  3. You generate results → JavaScript renders them from your own inputs
  4. You close the tab → All data is gone (unless you copied/saved it yourself)

There is no backend server, no API calls, no database connections. The entire application runs inside your browser window.

🌐 Third-Party Services

We use a minimal number of third-party services to deliver the site:

  • Tailwind CSS CDN: For styling (utility-first CSS framework). Loads CSS classes only, does not track users.
  • Google Fonts CDN: For the Inter typeface. Does not track users beyond font loading statistics.
  • Static Hosting (GitHub Pages / Cloudflare / Netlify): For hosting static files only. No server-side code execution.

🍪 Cookie Policy

Couple Peacemaker does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The only cookies that may be set are:

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality (none currently used)
  • Preference cookies: Optional settings like theme preference stored in localStorage (browser-local only)

You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
